Our Equipment

Geneva Sky Studios records and mixes primarily with ProTools HD 10 and 11.  Our top-of-the-line Avid HDX and HD Native systems ensure high-definition recording and zero-latency monitoring. With Avid HD hardware, we are capable of up to 32-track simultaneous recording at 192 Kbps. Click here to see a list of the software and plugins available at the studio.

Along with the Avid equipment, we also have hardware from Focusrite, Tascam, Roland, Behringer, Carvin, and many other companies.

To complement the HD Hardware, Geneva Sky Studios has many top-level microphones on hand, including new solid state condenser and dynamic mics, as well as vintage tube and ribbon microphones.

In addition to quality hardware, Geneva Sky Studios also has a collection of string and percussion instruments.  The collection includes Gibson guitars, Fender electric guitars and basses, Taylor acoustic guitars, Deering banjos, and much more.  For piano work, we offer a wonderful Yamaha Clavinova, complemented with a large collection of virtual instruments.  On the percussion end, we have a collection of Pearl and Yamaha drums, Zildjian cymbals, and an assortment of other percussion instruments, including a cajon and djembe.
